Sequel is currently looking for a Managed Services specialist to join our growing team in Beirut.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Comprehensive Training: Contribute actively to internal Sequel training (DevOps, Cloud Computing, Environment Management, Testing Automation, etc.), initiatives and assignments.
• Contribute to Client Projects: Apply acquired skills in client engagements, requiring adaptability to diverse technologies and platforms. Responsibilities include:
• Understanding client requirements and providing customized solution
• Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and be able to drive technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting clients' platforms and applications.
• Design and implement tools needed for operations (monitoring, automation, scheduling, etc.)
• Work in CICD model using GitHub, Jenkins, and Splunk for project execution.
• Provide on-site or remote support to Sequel clients.
• Work in shift rotations as required by operational demands (possible night-shifts).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following disciplines: Unix commands, Shell Scripting, Object Oriented Programming, SQL, Algorithms, XSL, XML
• Knowledge of CICD, Jenkins, splunk and Github is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (English is a must)
